Arrowhead Rates**
There are additional fees paid by the Renter to Arrowhead Lakes: Gate Pass:
$25.00 per vehicle for the length of your stay (license and registration required). Arrowhead Lakes security patrols 24 hours a day. *Amenity Badges are only required from Memorial Day through Labor Day. These fees are not negotiable, must be paid to Arrowhead Lakes Community Association. They are a mandatory security measure.
Daily Badges - $7.50 per person per day
Weekly Badges - $25.00 per person
One Month„« - $60.00 per person
Two Months - $75.00 per person
Three Months - $90.00 per person
Tenants must pay $25 for each vehicle for gate key
