Out of those 114 some buyers would consider about 20% of those homes to be on a Pond as opposed to a lake. Whatever your preference, God is not making any more waterfront property so let’s get out there and find that Perfect Pocono Lakehouse!

Locust Lake Village is a private lake community comprised of 1600 properties just off of Rte 940 in the town of Pocono Lake, PA. Their amenities are as follows:

Pilgrim Lake is 1.62 acres and is the only designated area for ice-skating, as long as weather permits.
